About Cecil Henry

Cecil Henry is a U.S. Army veteran, finance professional, and
community-focused entrepreneur with a passion for technology, youth
empowerment, and economic development. Drawing from over a
decade of experience in financial operations, government service, and
nonprofit management, Cecil brings discipline, vision, and
accountability to every project he leads.

As founder of AXOL Consulting and the driving force behind
RaceDayNYC, Cecil has created a bold platform that combines
motorsports, STEM education, and community innovation to inspire
the next generation of tech leaders. His leadership has been shaped
by service in the U.S. Army’s communication and financial systems,
advisory roles in the private sector, and a track record of results-
driven work in New York City’s public and nonprofit arenas.

He holds an MBA in Finance from Keller Graduate School of
Management and a BA in Political Science from The City College of
New York. With a career defined by integrity, problem-solving, and
purpose, Cecil now focuses on building bridges between opportunity
and overlooked communities—using technology, teamwork, and
strategic partnerships as the engine.
